Plan on another workout today. Did Walk Away the Pounds Hips and Thighs yesterday. It's a 2 mile walk. Also did Tamilee Webb's Tight on Time Arms and Shoulders Workout. Slept like a baby! Trying to devote 5 days a week to some form of activity. The heat is no excuse cause you can workout in your livingroom.
